Raya-ing

finally, all of us managed to squeeze thru our busy schedule for dis raya outing.
US = me, my 4-besties that are Luthfie, Aida, Hassan @Wak Achan & Maliki @Mickey and not forgetting de 2 sensational yg tak sensasi 2-H whom both have 'Hakim' at de end of their name, Lukman & Henry, my current & former obsession, lol ;) maaf ye. and yeah, Hen's younger sista tagged along to. de more de merrier la people. it was a joyous moments with all of them.
hopefully next year we will able 2 organise much better for a better outing.

haha, plan ni memang ade kegilaan sikit. ape taknye jalan raye weekday, pukul 12noon at de 1st house. before that, let me explain why we were able to 'utilise' dis day that is thursday, 23rd oct.
me & Achan supposed to have class at 10am, only to be told that de class was cancelled when we were about to lve for school (nasib blom bla).
Luth & Aida were having their off-day (abg coast-guard & akak cisco).
Mickey still on his 'holiday-period' while counting days to his next working trip to Shanghai, de prev 1 was Dubai.
LH had an education's talk which took place frm 8am to 11am so he didnt need to come to school for teaching.
double-H works for his own firm. so he can arrange his schedule freely while his sista is havin semester break.
so ape lagi kan, grab de chance while u have it ;) lol.
even it was already more thn 3-weeks of Raya, all of us were still semangat in our traditional clothes and de guys were still in samping & songkok. aduhhh, sungguh menawan ya cewek2 & cowok2 sekalian, termasuk diriku. ok perasan, full stop.

we went to 8 houses altogether. though Hen&sis r siblings, we went to both his crib & their parents' as well.
1st house, LH's @Tampines St 45. I know he took a long time 2 get ready (seriously, dia memang peka with his appearance. metrosexual guy = my love) so we decided to attack his crib 1st la, better right so we wont waste any time ;) haha, dia tgh siap when we reached there. and we were served with his mum signature dish : Nasi Tomato, Ayam Merah & Dalcha.
next house, Achan's @Tampines St 43. served with Chicken Carbonara (did I spell it correctly?).
then to my crib @Tampines St 33. menu : roti kirai & curry lembu.
next, Hen's luxurious apartment @Simei Rd. and I was really surprised when de fried Macaroni tasted sooo spicy. Hen, since when do u have spicy tongue? afterall, great taste, I likeee.
5th stop was Henry&Sista; Hawani, parents' crib @New Upper Changi Rd. and we were served with gado-gado & mee bakso. till now, I cudnt find mee bakso as tasty as Hen's mum's cooking. just imagine that his mum is a british lady, but can cook Indonesian foods really well. haha, Hen's dad is an Indon, just like my dad.
when we reached Mickey's 2-storey home sweet home @Kembangan, his dad was already waitin 4 us at de gate. his dad is 1 sweet creature. de way he treats us is awesome and now I realised why Mickey didnt feel at lost after his mum pased away few yrs ago. his dad has been takin care of him & his younger sista so well with so much loves & attentions. dgn kita2 ni dia dah tunjukkan kasih sayang, ape lagi dgn anak sendiri kan. his dad prepared Mee Siam & fried Chicken for us.
all de way frm de East, we geared up to de North & West.
Aida's crib @Toa Payoh. de most kecoh house with de most family members. Aida has 5 siblings (excluding herself). on de table : baked rice with seafood & white-sauce topping.
finally, a place which i regard like my own, Luth's house @Jurong East. dah ku agak, hidangannya ialah : Soto Ayam complete with de yummy bagedil & de spicy lada. his mum best dish & my fav, takleh jumpa kat tempat lain, beb! ;)

started at 1st house @ 12.40noon & we left de last house at 11.40pm. 11-hrs of Raya-ing with de closest people in my life. nasib tak 12-hrs, kalau tak, da mcm org kerje pulak :)
thanks to all especially to de Mums : Mama, Ibu, Ummi, Mak & of course to Mickey's Abah who I adore lots, Abah Din, for preparing all de tasty-licious foods for us & so sorry if we didnt eat much at certain houses coz our stomach is sooo full & beggin us not to stuff in more ;)

thank u again. next year kita beraye lagi, masakla lagi ye ;) and for sure, next raye, Luth's house will nt be last stop ;)
and thanks to all who gave me duit raye, happy dok! from dis outing, I received $90 of duit-raye. come on people, I'm still schooling. betol tak Achan & Wani? lol ;)

I'm sad that Raya has come to an end. I'm lookin forward for next yr :)
as for dis yr, Hari Raya Haji & Christmas are up next on Dec.
Dec = shopping month. yahooooooooo!!!
