busy like bees

has not been updatin my blog for quite some time. I was real busy, so much busy. dozens of school werks, falling sick, 'hospital sessions', etc.
seriously, no time for leisure. no dates with LH, no outings with besties and I even skipped few of de important football matches. I'm sorry to all who were 'affected' by my hectic schedule, I promise I'll make-up for all that ;)

sick. sick. sick. and 'SGH session-ings' (inside joke) made me sick even more. lucky dat ang-moh nurse & dat hot&cute malay doc brighten my days, kalau tak mendak seh, makin sakit la bertagak kat hpital.
haha, lil piece on my cheeky-ness, I nvr expect SGH has so many good-looking male nurse, they are frenly as well. and the young docs there are super-duper wonderful also. kalau mcm ni, aku rela duduk hpital even for 1-months.
Mama, I wanna undergo my knee suergery (again..?) a.s.a.p., can?

enough on that, well nthg much happened actually, oh ya, teacher's day celebration! fun-filled days at school & I met up my former teachers (yg penting aje) ;) to give some gift.
hehe, I received too from my students and former students. every year, I'm so touched when dis day arrived. de thoughts they have are what really matter most to me. even w/o gifts or cards, a simple wish will be enough.
I hope I'll be able to remain in their heart & mind even when I'm no longer teaching them.

to LH, happy teacher's day! I hope u like de simple gift from me & frm lil prof as well. and thank u soo much for de lovely gift :) as always, u r my source of inspirations. having u around makes me double my effort in wanting to succeed. thanks for all de efforts & concerns.

he is so special to me bcoz, I have been teaching him for almost 5-yrs. he is in Sec 3 now. he grows up infront of me and his family treats me like their own child. Aaron is de only child in de family so I guess that makes him so attached to me.

endless loves for them

I seldom express my feelings, only do so when it is crucial to do :) not that I'm egoistic but some times, I just feel, it is much better be kept rather thn told.
beside Mama, my 2-brothers (1 big & 1 small, they know who they are) are equally important & precious in my life.

I adore both of them to de max, they brighten my days with their smiles & laughters, and silliness at times, but they are capable of making me sad as well. they did, on many ocassions w/o realising it. boy, guy, man, they are just not sensitive enough. not all, ok, I know that :)

both of u make me feel that I'm loved, cared & appreciated but again, at times, both of u made me feel I'm unwanted. when I nag, it mean I love, I do that with reason(s).

both of u are my pillar of strength & my bundle of joys,
I know I might be temperamental at times & bein a non-understandin sista as well, but I just want both of u to know that I care a lot bout de 2 of u.
its really painful when people look down on both of u, when people talked unnecessarily bout the 2 of u, and de list goes on.
I feel de same pain as how de 2 of u feel.

once again, if I'm quiet doesnt mean i dont bother. a thing 4 sure I'll never let both of u to be hurt & support-less.

I feel blessed to have them in my life ...

Beijing Olympic 2008

finally a medal for our beloved nation. a silver. I'm grateful that at least, our athletes managed to get it. after 40+ years of medal-less. tak dapat medal, korang kata "athletes tak guna, amik foreign-born athletes pon takde hasil" but now, when they won de medal for Singapore; their adopted country, korang kata "alah, buat ape nak bangga, bukan pure Sporean pon".
OMG, whats that mindset? byk songeh la eh?
whatever it is, I'm proud of our Table-Tennis women team, no matter what. they deserved to be praised after all de efforts they put in. having them in de Team Singapore had ended de medal drought.
even Tao Li didnt win any medal, I'm proud of her as well. to be in de final & to break de Asian's record, is already honourable. well done, gal. a bright future is waiting ahead of u.

on de other note, I'm very impressed with de American male swimmers especially Phelps, of course. breaking records now & then, OMG, do I need to say more? 8 golds, people. he is a very strong swimmer with gd tactics.
and another 1, Aaron Peirsol, though nt as wonderful as Phelps, I like him as well. he is my fav, nt Phelps. and yeah, he is sooo cute with that boyish-look.

to all atheletes esp those in de Team Singapore, by making it to de olympic stage, all of u are already a winner :) I'm sure all ur respective nations r proud of each one of u.

match between Tampines (stags) & HomeU (protectors), played on 13th Aug @ Tampines stdm.
final score was 1-0, a stags' victory. goal was an own goal courtesy of protectors' Valery Hiek.

first of all, to you my brother (u know who u r), thanks for de VIP tixs. appreciate it lots & much.

de match itself was an interesting affair, really great performance by both teams. credits to HomeU as well though they ended up as de defeated side. but in my view, my stags played a lil better as they kept on pressuring HomeU's defence. it just that they were lacking the golden finishing touch.
Fathi Yunos was de most impressive and my man-of-the-night. he made de full use of his height to make sure de ball is out of de danger zone. and Shahdan Sulaiman impressed me as well with his gd vision & gd control of de ball in de middle of de field. and he has confidence when he want to take a shot on goal.

boredom

BORED. de best word to describe me now. have been stucked at home since de starting of dis week. haha, I have lots of school works to be done but, u know, if u keep on staring at de books for de entire day, OMG, u'll get bored, just like me :)
so I did few other things in between.
lucky there is a match between my beloved stags & 2nd love, protectors, tonight. I'll be going and hehe, I dont need tixs frm u, 'old-man'. my wonderful bro is giving me ;)

Lil Prof will need not 2 attend school on Thurs & Fri due to de PSLE oral. so I hope I can make him to study & revise all de topics he'd covered. susah betol nak suruh ni 1 budak belajar. and yeah, when he is around at home, I will nt feel bored.

met LH earlier dis morning, spent some great moments together and thn he left for teaching. wednesday starts early for him weekly as he has to guide de students in de international dance group. and he will be busy with de PSLE oral over de next 2-days and I'm fully aware, I cant have him ;) LOL. well, nvm, I understand his career coz I'm in de same path as him so, no big deal. and he'll make it up on de weekend.
btw, I'm nt attached to him. we are enjoyin each other companion but de love-boat is yet to sail. so dont make wild guess. I hate that.

weddings

during de National Day weekend, I attended 4 weddings where 1 of them was my high school gd mate & another 1 was my childhood fren.
both were at Tampines, haha, bagus! so near 2 my house. I hate travelling frm 1 end of Spore to another end. lagi2 dgn traditional clothes :)

to my high sch gd fren, Farhana, along with her husband, Redawi, may both of u have a blissful marriage filled with many happiness.
de reception was great, done in classic way w/o de buffet thingy. it was simple but truly, majlis yg amat sempurna!

to my childhood fren, Rasyid, together with his wife, Emilia, my best wishes for both of u as well. may de marriage will be filled with many wonderful moments.
his reception was GRAND! buffet with soooo many foods frm de dishes to de kuih-kuih, etc. I kind of lost at that time, coz I dunno which 1 2 take .. haha. great!

while at de 1st wedding, I met many frens frm my high-school. all de people who I'd spent 10-yrs of schooling together. all de lovely frens frm Alsagoff Arabic School; de school where I got my proper education in Academic, Islamic & Arabic studies.
time fled so fast. it had been nearly 6-yrs since I left de school but thanks to Friendster & Facebook, I still manage to keep in touch with them. and yeah, a number of them are married now and have babies!!! best nyeee .. their juniors are damn cute la :)
haha, no no, I'm nt gettin married just yet ..

Belated Entry

on de National Day, I was at home for de entire day. planned to go to de library but cancelled la, public holiday, library is closed. haha ;) I'm forgetful but LH was nothing better too.
so cleaning de house with Mama & Lil Prof, taught him on how to manage his own wardrobe. dat lil bro of mine is too dependent and of course, I want him to be an independent boy. he is turning 7 dis yr. it was really fun and I enjoyed cleaning de house where I seldom feel dat way.
all my 4-besties came to my place, so did LH & Doube-H. as we planned, they brought many foods and my Mama was nt supposed to cook but as usual, she just enjoy cooking lots so she prepared few dishes as well. at de end, jadi makan besar seh.
watched de NDP on TV and yeah, we could catch de fireworks' display frm TV too ;) LOL.
Bestie Luthfie & LH were de last to leave my house. seriously, it was real fun having them around esp when Mama & Lil Prof joined in de 'party' too.

Happy 43rd Bday, Singapore. I'm proud 2 b a Singaporean.
and nt forgettin, our neighbouring countries; Indonesia & Malaysia are celebrating their Bday on Aug as well so I wanna wish both countries Selamat Hari Merdeka.


on Sunday, I went to watch de dolphins in action against de white swans of Albirex Niigata. they drew 0-0. I should say de dolphins played well & their defence was superb. keep it up, guys. de man who replaced ICA, that Brazilian (I forgot de name), didnt impress me. I didnt see anythg special frm him and I wonder why Fandi Ahmad recommended him to de dolphins. OMG. well, I might be cruel coz it is still early to commend on him but seriously, I dont think he is de best man to bring some charm to de dolphins. more like a drama king.

I'm in de mood of updating my blog though nt much to be said actually. well, I have nthg better to do (ok peeps, I knw I havent upload lots of pics but seriously, I'm lacking de 'lust' of uploading, gimme time ya) so here I start,

I didnt have any class on friday but went to school for de National Day celebration. well, nothing special but I had fun with my schoolmates, only a few though.
wasted some time with Wak Achan after dat, we were walking w/o any destination to head to and it was like damn crazy la. haha ..
I totally forgot bout my plan with LH and lucky enough, we bumped into someone like him and Achan reminded me bout my plan. OMG, I realised that I'm bein more forgetful nwadays and even Mama has been nagging bout it.
we cabbed back home, as usual la dok, I need to admit what bestie Luth said that "bus is no longer for me". woahaha ...

reached de school (Lil Prof's school) and I'm fully alert that de students had been dismissed. de school ended at 11am tadi and it was already 1.45pm. I didnt promise LH at what time I would be at de school coz I didnt knw at what time de celebration at my school would end and thats explained why he didnt call/text me. bein a strict disciplinarian himself, since day 1 I knw him, he never disturb me while I' having class ;)
I helped him on some teaching materials that I promised. I'm nt good in Science but never once I thought that my brain could still work on science's works. I knw I'm taking sports' science but it is just lotsa different with de primary sch science ;)

after completing de works, we had our drinks at de nearby Kopitiam. and we were planning on what to do over de weekend & on Monday. I wish I could have him by my side all de way during my study week, but hey hey, jgn gelojoh, he will be back teaching on tuesday. haha ;)

I have weddings to attend on both Sat&Sun, I have 4 to be exact. 2 out of de 4 weddings are my former secondary school mates. haha, Mama was absolutely ryte when she asked me to get ready with that repeated quest "kau plak bila nak kahwin"
marriage is nt an easy deal that we can play with and untuk ke brape kali ntah, I wanna emphasise that I'M NT READY TO GET MARRIED. and I'm nt in de rush to do so and I'm enjoying my single-ism to de max la, ok? my Mama (and dad as well) sent me to school till at dis high level in order for me to have a proper education & job which will provide me a better & comfortable life with gd pay so there is no way I'l get married selagi I'm nt done with my school. and after all de sufferings, hardworks, sacrifices, I wanna taste de fruits frm my 'own plant'. enjoying life with it, and bla bla bla.
I'm sure u guys understand what I mean ;)

so de other plans on my list are :

*library outing with Lil Prof & Mr.teacher-LH on Sat morning*

*watching footbal match on sunday with, hmm, nt sure yet. it depends la, if Mama nt going, thn I'l go with Luth or my other besties or even LH*

*movie session & a walk along de beach with LH on Monday*

*outing with bestie Luthfie on Tues but de destination is yet to be confrimed but its ok, me & him are used to dis kind of plan and always, outings with him turned out to be de most gerek 1 for sure. AGAIN, I EMPHASISED DE 16-YRS OF FRENSHIP*

and yeah, besties (Luth, Achan, Aida & Mickey) along with LH & Double-H will be at my place on Sat evening, haha, mcm National day party la gitu. watching de parade frm TV, makan2, etc.
my cousin offered some tixs for de NDP but I decided to give it a miss coz I'm damn tired after a hectic week and I wanna let my younger cousins feel de atmosphere. I already tasted de LIVE NDP for many times be4 frm de National Stdm to The Padang and last year, Marina Bay.

busy days

just some update on my daily life .. I have been busy with school works, few are completed but another half of dozen are waiting to be touched. *sigh* well, to have a good future is nt easy. but I'm sure all my hard works today will be paid-off once I graduate.
well, it is such a bless when finally, I managed to combine both my passions; teaching & sports, in my learning journey. wonderful! ;)

since monday, I havent been to anywhere except school and Hougang Stdm. many activities are placed on-hold due to my busy-ness. I have many things to do like meeting my besties, starbucks session-ing with them, helping LH with some teaching materials, and de list goes on.
sorry peeps, I promise to make-up everythg that tergendala just bcoz of me (and Wak Achan on some) over dis long weekend holiday and yeah, super long coz I dont have any class next week as it is de study-week.

Double-H is back in SG ;) welcome back, dearie. even he is based in SG now, he'll stil ulang-alik to Jakarta coz his business partner is there. as usual la, dat architect is busy most of de times.

and like at last, me & LH managed to fulfill our promise to my Mama & his parents. de dinner-bonding-session is done! and de outcome is, great ;) *wide smile* I'm glad that everythg went well.

happy to meet

since I was a kid, I'm nt close with my father's relatives. my paternal grandparents are in Msia & most of my aunts&uncles are either in Msia or Indonesia. Dad doesnt have many relatives here, only a few of them are here. and that is also de fact which make me nt really close with them, in addition to de fact that my parents divorced 5-yrs ago (lil prof was only 2 then).
frankly, I have many cousins on dad's side(32) compared to mum's(15). almost twice as much.

I have ONLY 5 out of 32 paternal cousins here in Spore. and 2 of them are playing in de S-League now. I'm only close with 2 of them (1 is de player) as Mama has a gd relationshp with their parents.
de remaining 27, 9 are in Indonesia while de other 18 are in Msia and I have another 2 cousins playing in de Msia League as well, I'm close to both along with their sister.
well, de 'footballing genes' are in my dad & his family blood. 4 of them are professional footballers while few others are playing well though just for leisure. and there few ex-professional players & de ones in Indonesia, there are few lil cousins of mine who r on de list to become de next football star, young but talented & gifted. dad was a player too.

recently I managed to catch up with 3 cousins of mine, during de Msia-Chelsea match. they are de ones I mentioned above whom I'm close with. they are de ones who planned to watch de match together. I was touched with their thoughts. though we are miles apart, they are concern bout me & family, their parents are too. among my dad 9-siblings, I'm really very close with their parents (their dad is my dad's elder bro).
both de guys, older thn me, are very caring & lovely. they might be a BIG football stars in Msia (i'm so proud of them) but they never act big, very humble lads. their sister is at de same age as mine & both of us are de teacher wanna-be.
we had lots 2 catch up actually but de time we had was totally LIMITED. but we enjoyed de moments we spent together.
I managed to spend some time with their parents too, and they are happy upon knowing bout my progress in education. and I'm so happy too to know that cousin of mine; de eldest guy, is getting engaged end of dis yr. like finally, YAY! Abg Li dah jumpa his life partner. dis cousin of mine is a big cerewet in finding partner. his dream gal must wear tudong, knw how 2 cook, independent (I agree on dis quality coz bein a footballer's partner is nt easy tau, withh all de travellings & centralised trainings), intelligent, and de list goes on.
didnt get de chance to ask him much bout my future cousin-in-law but frm what he told me over de phone after I returned home, she is a physiotheraphist in 1 of de hospital in KL. and I'm sure she is one special gal coz it has nvr been easy to win my cousin's heart.
Abg Li, I knw u'll read this, confirm Abg Li pergi theraphy thn jumpa dia kan kan kan? padanla injured ckit tapi sanggup gi theraphy jauh2, kan kan kan?

well, de game between HomeU & SAF was damn gret. a very exciting match filled with actions & thrillers. haha, mcm movie pulak .. well, congrats to HomeU for winning dis match, I like! u made de warriors looked like a fool ;)
on many times, de SAF defenders were DESPERATELY trying to attract de linesman's attention, but to my excitement, they were turned down most of de times. padan muka korang! COME ON WARRIORS, DONT PLAY SHIT IF U GUYS THINKS U GUYS R NT CAPABLE 2 MATCH HOME-U. biasela kan, THEY RAISED THEIR HANDS UP FOR OFFSIDE WHNVER THEY CUDNT REACH 4 DE BALL. tapi kalau dpt, yg offside pon jadi tak offside. LOL.
BENNETT was like shit as well, oh come on, he ONLY played well against Brazil but after that, he returned to de old him. I hope Raddy was at de match 2 watch his dumb-ness.
his mouth was like murai! made verbal attack on de HomeU players. oooh kalau kau buat org takpe tapi kalau Alam buat kau, byk la kau nye drama. gila la, hilang ingatan la. kalau gila pon memang padan muka. u made urself looked like a fool.
well, I CONCLUDE THAT SAF PLAYERS ARE DE DRAMA KINGS & DE LINESMEN WANNABE. bagus jugak, pandai korang buat back-up plan, at least kene tendang dr SAF, dah ade kerje lain nak buat.

earlier be4 de match started, I was surprised that de seating area at de HomeU section was reserved for their NS-men & fan club members. and I was told to sit at de SAF's fans' section. OMG, so gd ah HomeU? we came down 2 support ur team bt was treated like shit? u waived de admission fee, but whats de big deal? og mentang2 la free, korang bleh buat suka2 la eh? I WAS TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED.
and 2 add to my dissapointment when an official frm HomeU Fan Club, alah pakcik yg rambut putih tu, yelled at a group of kids who were trying to sit at de reserved section. well, they were innocent ok, u didnt cover de area well. nak buat kerja biar sempurna! jgn jadikan org mcm idiot mcm korang! as I walked, I sindir that Pakcik. then he looked at me, unhappy. I kept on attacking him with my words, thn he replied "I was told to say that". thn I attacked him by saying u were told 2 say dat but nt to yell at de kids, where is de manners? he looked shocked, and lost. Mama was laughing at him, and de kids were too. puas hati aku dapat defend de kids. and they treated me an ice-cream. haha, so nice of them.
